Baking in small batches, assures our customers of personalised attention to each and every sourdough bake. Furthermore, our customers can be guaranteed that their baked goods are fresh and full of all the necessary nutrients.
We bake all our sourdough goods in batches of six per day. Therefore, you need to book your sourdough goods at least one day in advance, from 5AM to 1PM (Sunday to Friday), so that it can be collected at 23 Atlantic Drive, Bluewater Estate, Kommetjie the following day.
